I love my music, especially when a good band or artist does an amazing cover of a song that changes the whole sound of it.
My favourite at the moment is this EPIC (in my opinion) cover of Limp Bizkit's - Break Stuff.
The band is a small American outfit that i started to listen to in October when they were supporting Bowling For Soup on their UK tour! Check out the cover and some of their other songs!

I LOVE Tori Amos's covers of Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana and I Don't Like Mondays by Boomtown Rats. I'm totally addicted to a string quartet cover of Carry On My Wayward Son by Kansas right now too, it's beautiful, and it's KANSAS. I quite like Birdy's cover album, she does great covers of Shelter by The XX and Skinny Love by Bon Iver.
One of my all-time favourite covers though is Metallica doing Whiskey in the Jar.

Beat me to it. This is probably one of my all time favorite covers. The other would be Marty Casey's cover of Britney Spear's Hit Me Baby One More Time.

Noah Guthrie- Sexy and I know it, not that the song is any good but what he does to it is amazing.
  • A lot of people bash cover songs for some reason.
I personally don't find anything wrong with a band doing their own rendition of a song.

I really enjoy Bullet For My Valentine's cover of Crazy Train.
