Several times. Once to London, Paris, Greece. Twice to the Bahamas and Mexico.0
-
Many, many, many times - both for work and for play. :glasses:0

When I went to Niagara Falls as a kid we went to the Canadian side. :P That's all, unfortunately. There are so many places I want to see but it's incredibly expensive.0

It's not nearly as expensive as people think it is 0 0

Several times and I'm just getting started!0

Once, to Italy. I'm a wannabe world traveler, though.
I had plans to travel to London and Istanbul over the Christmas holidays, but my travel buddy had to postpone due to work issues. I'm hoping we go this summer.0
-
Yes! When I was in my twenties and thirties: Canada, Mexico, The Netherlands, England, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Italy, Germany and England were my favorites.0
-
            never. Aren't I dull? lol0
-
When I was younger, my family and I used to go to Canada for 2 weeks every summer. My father is a dual citizen.0

About half my life I spent outside the US, I just came back from a 4 month Eurotrip.0
-
            There's something outside America???
JK. Yes, I've been outside the States several times: Europe, Caribbean, French Polynesia.0
-
Mexico, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Canada and Australia. Next year Brazil for the world cup and then somewhere in Europe, preferably Spain/Greece/Germany/Ireland I'm not sure which one yet.0

I guess a follow up question here would be "How many Americans have barely traveled in their own country.
I have, but I know so many people that have never been west of Pennsylvania, north of Boston, or south of DC. They have gone to Europe a zillion times, but not to their own land.0

I've done both. I've travelled to nearly every U.S. state (except, oddly, Hawaii and, not so oddly Alaska).I guess a follow up question here would be "How many Americans have barely traveled in their own country.

I sometimes wonder when europeans ask if we travel, if they know that we can drive for two or three days and still be in the same country.0

True- when we lived in England we had a neighbor who was planning his first trip to the US and said he wanted to drive across America. He asked us if we thought it would take longer than a day....0
-
            Several times...Jamaica and Canada0
-
Yes. Some of us have figured out how to "holiday". England was one of my favourite destinations. Had to go to Paris to get bed bugs last year as well. In 2013 I am concentrating on more US cities.0

My dad used to take us to Canada every summer for a week or so to fish at a beautiful lake. It's been over 13 years since i have gone. I am thinking next year I would love to take my dad and go again.
I also would love to travel overseas and backpack through Ireland. I have thought about making that as a reward if I lose 130 by next summer.
 However, it is very expensive.0

Yes, many times! The farthest I have been is India. Hubby and I love to travel.0

If your income just pays your bills, yes, it is. I have a sister in another state that I rarely see and she is only 8.5 hours away.0

I have lived and worked abroad for the last ~13 years of my life. I have traveled to 23 different countries.0

I'm at something like 23-24 states. I'd have to count again. People don't ask me that nearly as much.0

My income barely pays my bills (it's a little better now, but last year I was living on an average of $600/month). I prioritize travel over other forms of entertainment, but it's mostly because it's an addiction.0
