    how many calories you burn is dependent upon your age, weight, fitness level, and workout intensity.

    that said, in watching this video, I'd say, not much.

    Burning calories and fat is about getting your heart rate to certain levels. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the routine you point out, but its pretty low intensity if you goal is losing weight.
