    I'm a beginner at them, and so far, LOVE adding them occasionally into my workout routine!

    Yoga, kettlebell, calisthenics and swimming here! I don't like weight training, but anything that involves taking me back to the raw basics of body movement is a buzz for me.

    Yup. I dont dedicate any specific day to do them though. Ill just add them at the end of a workout and make it a little weighted cardio session. That or jump rope.

    I use it with Jillian's Shred It with Weights workout. I really like that workout more using the Kettlebell than I do with regular handheld weights.
