    thanks again to everyone for taking notice of my progress...

    i hope that i can show those some hope who struggle when they have a large amount of weight to lose....

    it can be done...i did it and i have more on my plate (no pun intended!) than most others...but i never quit!

    bumping...for those that are struggling with staying on track....you dont have to be perfect (like say tomorrow for Easter)...but you do have to make a real effort...and really, really, REALLY want it!!!
