Buffalo Wild Wings nutrition information

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwcqHh5VPfxXOUJxcTN5RFk2OWM/edit?usp=sharing

I went ahead and emailed Buffalo Wild Wings and they sent me an updated nutrition menu pdf.
Uploaded it to google docs for everyone. You should be able to access that without logging in. Feel free to download the pdf if you want your own copy.

I'd update the food database here but it looks like the whole thing is a mess and I can't wipe the whole thing off and remake it all.

I was a bit surprised at how calorie dense the foods are. 24 wings is over my limit even on workout days. Good thing it's only a once a month thing.

Oh I absolutely love Bdubs and hot wings, but there's no way I can fit this into my macros for anything other than a huge cheat day.

It unfortunately is our "go to" place with the crew from work whenever we can't pick a place or we are in a hurry. I cringe when I fill in my diary for the day we go. Even the Lemonade has Sodium in it. On the positive side, 12 boneless have 44g of protein...that's good...right?

Yeah that protein for 24 wings is the only saving grace. There's absolutely no way I can fit that fat into any of my days, even rest days though.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind a monthly cheat day, but there's no way I could fit this into any diet other than permabulk mode.

That's like getting a food boner and then stopping.

Seriously though, doing a leangains cut and even 6 wings have more fat than a rest day at -30.

I have to admit, whenever I go I cheat on my diary. I just log the boneless wings. If I increase my frequency of going there, the next call I will make is to a Cardiologist.

I prefer the classic wings cause then I can show off my wing eating skills.

What does the "ave sauce" part mean? I'm assuming the counts are without sauce, but the sauces are also listed per 1 oz. So if that's the case, does anyone know the average sauce amounts for say 8 wings? Thanks!!

wow. the wings have way more calories than I thought they did. This is why you shouldn't trust the database.

    ...but they are so good...

I'm reinstating a weekly date night for boneless wings on Thursday nights starting next week! No reason that I can fit that in to an appropriate weekly, if not daily calorie/macro goal. We usually split 18 boneless wings (garlic parmesan and honey bbq) which inevitably come with 20. 10 wings, some celery and carrot sticks with a touch of ranch (or the extra bbq left in the carton), and water for stupid cheap and delicious. No biggie even on a cut. I will admit that I'm going off the old nutrition data though since my work is blocking the link. It can't be THAT different.

It's Hockey Day in Minnesota on Saturday...16 hrs of hockey, outdoor HS games, followed by the Gophers and Wild.

My 5 year old and I have already staked out our seats at BWW's to watch. As soon as he's done with hockey practice, we're gonna be parked there for a few hours....before we head off to a hockey game of course.

So glad we have a local joint whose wings are delicious and much more calorie-friendly. Just wings & drummies flash-fried (no coating of any kind) and served super crisp and super hot, sprinkled with cayenne salt. Buffalo sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side (standard).

Personally, I love just the chicken and cayenne salt. The rest just gets in the way of crispy, chicken-y awesomeness.
