Confused on Calories In vs Out..

So my daily limit is 1,210 Calories. Do I have to burn more than that amount daily by working out to even start losing weight or lose at all?

you can eat 1210 cals per day and you will lose wieght WITHOUT working out.
thats why you should eat back exercise calories as well (unless you have over 50lbs to lose, in which case you dont)
