Does anybody know of a good beginner DVD for yoga? I want to try to get into yoga? I know nothing about youga and want to learn and try to get into it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help .

    I love Biggest loser weight loss yoga class with Bob Harper. I really recommend it, it's simple yet effective.
