Hello...I'm new to the message boards but I've been using MFP for about 5 weeks now. I love the app and couldn't do without it. Must say that a few "weight loss" friends would certainly be nice to have I have done this alone so far but would be nice to have support and encouragement (and sometimes refocusing) from others who are on the same journey. While the first month seemed to go well...I can see that continual progress might get less exciting and I'm afraid to lose momentum.

Adding people to keep you going does seem to help. I did it by myself for a while and didn't get very far. When I changed my view and added some frieds I was able to move forward a bit. Feel free to add me if you wish.0
