You look terrific! Beautiful in both pics. What was your routine?
I started at 1200 calories in the beginning because I thought that was a magic number, but then I had to switch it up because I was starving. I have no set number but I usually stay between 1200 and 1600. I started out doing Zumba, then switched to the treadmill. Now doing Leslie Sansone's walking videos. I try to do atleast 5 or 6x's a week.0 -

GREAT JOB! What did you do to lose the weight?
Diet: Only drink soda now on special occasions. Eat mostly the same foods as before, only less. And integrated more fruit and some veggies into my diet.
Exercise: mostly cardio. I use a HRM to calculate calories burned. Have done Zumba, Tae Bo, treadmill, Jillian Michaels 30DS, and now doing Leslie Sansone DVD's0 -

Wow, Christina, you look amazing! Congrats on getting healthier. I started in January and am working out 3-5 times a week. I'm eating healthier, and average 1200 calories a week. Some days are better than others, but I try to make it balance at the end of the week. I don't know how much I've lost in total, since I wasn't tracking at first. But it feels like I've hit a wall. Any suggestions?
Whenever I hit a wall. I switch up 1 of these: my eating habits, my calorie intake or my workout routine. And do it for a few weeks to see a change.0 -
