Are you following her diet plan or your own? Either way, are you making sure you're creating a caloric deficit?

pretty simple... you're either not in a deficit, OR, you're eating so little that you're "starving" and losing nothing.... a lot of stupid women (and men) do the latter..

figure out which one it is and dont do something stupid like add more cardio, or eat even less, if you're already not eating much... i dont get how so many educated individuals resort to such stupid illogical solutions...

Does your TDEE include your workouts? If not, perhaps try eating more, slwloy increasing your calories, for a month or two and see what happens. If it does, perhaps you need to scale back a bit or add in some cardio (I'm not sure what Eason's program has for cardio, there's very little in some parts, right?) Otherwise, just give it time. It can take time for your body to "get with the program".

You are over-estimating your calorie burn or underestimating your calories consumed.....Or a combination of both.
