Protein powder → when

Due to a few reasons I only want to take it once per day. Is it best before or after workouts?
I bought the six star whey protein. Thanks in advance for your input. :)

    If given the choice of before or after, I'd generally say after. But the difference it makes is probably negligible for most people.

    Most say that results are best obtained by intaking within 45 minutes of exercise. I usually sip on mine during, just as long as it's close to the completion of your work out.

    It doesn't matter when you take it. It just helps you reach your protein goals :)

    I also only do it once a day and I take it after workout for recover assistance reasons
