109 pounds lost in 9 months!

This is me at my highest weight. This was taken back in early June 2012. I weighed 265.4 pounds. I gained a lot of weight through stress eating and not caring about exercise.

This is me 20 days ago at the 100 pound mark. To date I have lost 109 pounds. I have also went from a 26 pant size to between a 12 and 10 pant size. I did it in only 9 months. I weigh 156.4 and by the end of my journey I would like to weigh between 120 and 130. This has not been easy, but I exercise everyday and eat as healthy as possible. Feel free to add me! If I can do it, so can you! :-)

I am in total awe!!! Congratulations!! What exactly did you do; diet/exercise to lose?0

Congratulations! You are awesome! I left for three days because of three day but I am back again. I don't need to lose 109 pounds but I definitely need to engage more in the battle of the bulge! Again, congratulations!0

Honestly I don't know how many calories I ate in the beginning. I try to stick with 1,200 as much as possible now. I don't "diet." It's a healthy lifestyle. I still eat junk food in moderation and portion control. I exercise a ton! Maybe as close as 2 hours a day.0

You look awesome! Congrats on all your hard work! I am curious also about how many calories you eat as well as you're typical exercise. Your progress is amazing!

Great job! You look absolutely amazing! I was just thinking yesterday about how a woman takes 9 months from the time she conceives to give birth to her baby and I was thinking about how my progress would be in 9 months. You have inspired me to stay focused on my 9 month journey although I plan to make it a new way of life for me.0

wow - just WOW! congratulations and thank you for posting - I just clicked on here because I am getting started and overwhelmed and feel like it's gonna take forever or a miracle to lose the weight I need to lose but I am just about at your starting point (like 10 pounds heavier) and I gained the weight during/after my second pregnancy and due to incredibly job stress too. You give me hope - do you mind giving a few details about how many calories a day you ate at the beginning or what you ate - I feel like I am not eating a lot at all but then by the end of the day it is about 1800-2000 calories which I guess is too much? Or can you tell me WHAT you ate? My typical lunch since I have tried to lose weight is a wasa cracker, an individual peanut butter serving (the to go cups) and a banana and a lite yogurt with granola but that is over 500 calories (50 + 250 + 100 + 190)0
