im still losing. i could only do the diet for 21 days then off for two months eating healthy then i wanted to do the plan one more time.

Personally, I think it's a bad "plan"...but admittedly, you didn't actually ask me for my opinion...

That being said, I have to eat at least 1500 caps just to assure that I'm not losing muscle mass which will give is those sexy lines of definition. At 500 cals a day your body will go into catabolic state which means that rather than losing fat you will lose muscle, even if you work out everyday this will still happen

You were doing pretty good up until that. You are eating the same calorie count that anoretics do. You won't get many friends on here who support that except anoretics.
