    We go once every 6 weeks...we get whole cooked turkey breast to slice up for sandwiches...no nitrate, preservatives etc.
    Greek yogurt, their cheese tray, parmesan cheese (we freeze in small baggies), eggs, coconut water (by the case),
    #10 cans of tomato sauce, whole wheat pasta, chia seeds, brown, black & jasmine rice.

    Mangoes by the case, pears, bananas, potaoes, onions, garlic. Pop chips! Chicken tenderloins (frozen) tilapia, bay scallop, jumbo shrimp (all frozen)...

    I think that may be most of what we get.

    WOW. Where do I start? I go at least weekly and living in Austin, our Costco has TONS of organic everything. I did not find that to be the case in Houston when I lived there. However, that being said, if you can find any of the following, go for it!

    Individually frozen tilapia
    Frozen Organic Broccoli florets
    Fresh red, yellow and orange peppers
    Brussel sprouts in a frozen microwaveable bag
    Chopped butternut squash for roasting
    Broccoli/ Kale salad mix (in a bag)- paired with grilled chicken or shrimp is YUMMY.

    In the pre-prepared foods section:

    Rotisserie Chicken
    Cilantro Lime marinated flank steak (WOW!)
    Boiled shrimp with cocktail sauce
    Cilantro lime shrimp (they also have it in a wrap at some stores. Double Wow)

    I also like their selection of nuts- Marcona almonds, cashews with sea salt, etc.

    You can't go wrong with Costco. I haven't found better quality anywhere.

    And... my newest obsession-

    Garden LItes Roasted Vegetable Souffle in the freezer section (140 calories, tons of veggies, 9 grams of protein)
    Two of these make a great meal and fill you up.

    I love Costco. We stock up on chicken breasts, plain tilapia, atlantic salmon, greek yogurt, bananas, oranges, cucumbers, palermo's thin pizza, and basic toiletries are a good deal too.

    Got some organic brown rice. Loved the Greek Yougurt dip, as did my husband. Sadly, I did not find the Asia Seasoning, pesto tilapia, or cilantro lime shrimp.

    Rotisserie chicken;

    Giant bag of Kirkland frozen Normandy vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, whole baby carrots, and sliced yellow carrots). And they're the big, restaurant-sized pieces, not the dinky little pieces you buy at supermarket.

    Giant bag of "festival blend" tropical fruit--great for smoothies;

    Kirkland raw almonds;

    Bag of avocados

    Apples

    We get a lot of what has already been mentioned, but my absolute favourite item is the Kirkland Greek yogurt. It is amazing and the nutritional content is awesome too.

    Gimme some Costco rotisserie chicken. I strip that thing down and eat it for days and use the bones for stock. Best 6 dollars ever spent.

    Also giant bags of frozen veggies and frozen meat.

    Ugh I live in lower manhattan there is no Costco close enough for convince but I cherish my memories

    Pshh...I'm all about the Costco pizza!

    I love it too!

    Every costco trip I go on usually includes picking up:

    Omega 3 Pills (although I have been reading the costco kind is way too low a dose..gotta look into it more)

    Kirkland Signature Cold Cuts - Usually turkey or roast beef

    Emmi Swiss sliced swiss

    Gourmet Shepherd Sheep Feta

    Mary's Organic Crackers

    Maille Dijon Mustard

    Olive Oil

    I also usually get a big pack of boneless chicken breasts and chicken thighs. I find them to be butchered/packed well at Costco...as compared to the local supermarkets nearby me. I am kind of a wuss so boneless thighs especially can look a little guh-ross on the inside from other places...but Costcos are cleaned perfectly IMO.
