You may be looking for beef meatloaf... but here is an old weight watchers recipe that we love for Turkey Parmesan Meatloaf. I often use just 1pound of ground turkey instead of 1.25 and it turns out great!

1 lb 97% fat free ground jenni o turkey
    2 egg whites
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1/4 c wheat bread crumbs

    Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-60 mins.
    SUPER TASTEY!

You can use ground beef, but it's got a little more fat in it.....

It's about 180 cals for a slice. Usually 6-8 slices per loaf.

1 lb. lean gr. beef or 1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. Tomato Sauce
    1/2 c. chopped peppers
    9 Tbs. Bread Crumbs

    350 for 1 - 1 and 1/2 hours

This is a weight watchers recipe. 4 servings @ 6 points each. The 6 points is if you use lean ground beef. It would be slightly less with the ground turkey.

    Chicken Meatloaf

    Toping:
    ½ cup ketchup
    1 package sweetener
    1 tsp mustard

Directions: Combine stuffing, milk, egg, Worcestershire and mix. Add chicken and mix well with hands. Fill 9’ plate or muffin tray (makes 10). Combine topping ingredients, spread and cook at 350º for 35 minutes.

Hi, have you heard of TVP? Textured Vegetable Protien. I just got some and tried it by mixing it with hamburger. I used very little burger and lots of the tvp and it turned out great. You have to soak the tvp to reconstitute it in water or broth for a few minutes. It takes on the flavor of whatever you mix it with. It is all protien, no fat and 80 cals for 1/4 cup..really neat product!
