Belly fat

I am new this and really want to put my all in.I have been watching calories and working out on a recumbent bike. I have lost 13 lbs in a little less then a month. My question is what can I do to burn belly fat . I need something can do at home as my hubby works long hrs and I have nobody to watch the kids to go to a gym. Any ideas suggestions etc would help very much.

    Well, there are no real miracle cures unfortunately. You can't spot reduce by exercise. Where your body stores its fat is greatly determined by hormones. However there are a few things you can try that may help. Many people who have fat around their midsection actually have a large portion of it around their livers, you can reduce this by reducing fructose in the diet. Also consuming saturated fat will help the liver purge this stored fat. A lot of people I have helped also find that keeping insulin down has played a big roll in reducing how much fat is deposited vs used. Try low glycemic foods.
