Morning person or night owl?

Night owl all the way
I've worked second shift for over 20 years and love it
Even when I'm not working I stay up at least until midnight
But I get up early to take my daughter to school, volunteer, work out, etc...
So I'm kind of in this perpetual fog

    Hello?
  • Mornings. I'm up at 3:25 during the week, and usually by 6 on weekends.

Morning. I wake up to an alarm maybe once a week.

I can't sleep in past 6 am and I can't tell you that last time I watched the 10 oclock news.

I always feel really happy with myself when I wake up early, and I normally end up feeling miserable if I stay up too late. So I've found a happy medium. I try to always get out of bed by 9 at the very least, and go to bed before 1-2.

    Both....I don't need much sleep
  • I can tolerate the mornings ok, but by the time night rolls around I'm fighting the sand man. I'm more of a middle of the day person...But I do enjoy naps when I can get them in.

morning! i usually wake up before my alarm, and pass out on the couch by 10:30pm sharp.

mornings are quiet and peaceful, sans my beau, who is loud and demands attention

I used to be a night owl, but now I'm definitely a morning person. I like getting up early and enjoying the day. I feel like I'm much more productive.

Night owl. I had wicked bad insomnia as a kid and still sort of do. Nowadays, my doctor thinks I actually have a full fledged sleeping disorder. Sleep apparently hates me.

Used to be a night owl (when I was young, in school, etc), but now I'm a morning person. Up before 6 most mornings, and a sleep-in is until 8ish.

In a perfect world, I would select neither. I am at school by 6:30 every morning and try to be in bed NLT 9:00 each night. Sadly, my old bones do not like me sleeping in past 7:00 on the weekends.

I'm a morning person. Love getting up around sunrise, work out for a little bit, get ready for work. By the time 7-8pm rolls around, I'm tired and I can't even stay awake some times.
