30 year old mom here:) 3 children 6,3,2 and I also work full time and go to school full time(last semester thank GOD!) I know how hard it can be to find the time to have "me" time. I was trying to squeeze in some Gym time but my daughter's karate lesson has since taken that time slot! I ordered insanity last week so I am waiting on it to arrive so I can get down to business! ) Add me if you would like! we can use all the motivation and support we can get!0

hi girls , so maybe we'll say more about what we do? are you on any diet? how and how much do you exercise? I try to eat below 1500kcal and started TurboFire (from BeachBody) 4 days ago. My hope is to go to pool with my kids in summer and NOT to be embarassed or feel bad in my own body. I've got 3 months till summer and I know i can make it.0

I am a 31 year old single mother to a wonderful 12 year old daughter. I work full time as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in addition to being mom, housekeeper, chef...and whatever else my daughter needs lol! I try to stay within my macros here on MFP and I do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD. I can't find much time to go to the gym so I do workout DVD's and add my cooking/cleaning time to my exercise diary. Some days scrubbing the house feels like more of a workout then the DVD's! Sadly I hurt my foot so most of my exercises are modified to account for that and I have a bad shoulder (had 2 surgeries in the past) so I can't progress to Jillian's lvl 2 or 3...that woman loves the plank and I can't support my body on my hands. But I figure any exercise is better then none!

I'm mid-30s work full-time, two kids (4.5 and 7 months). Would definitely love some motivation and support. Feel like my initial motivation is waning a bit.
My calorie goal is 1800 calories a day (I'm still breastfeeding so another calculator told me not to consistently go below 1800 - that level is working so far). I try to work out in some way every day, and always eat back my exercise calories.

Hello. I am a 36 mother of 3 (18,10,4) Leave the house by 6AM and return at 6PM. I suffer from PCOS. I am currently following the Chris Powell Carb Cycling plan and LOVE it! No specific exercise plan....Jillian video, Zumba, treadmill, elliptical. Last summer I was within 6 pounds of my goal but things got crazy and old habits took over so I am trying to lose the same 40+ pounds again. Add me if you would like some support.0

Hello! I'm 38, mum to a 2.5 year old girl and I work full time. It took me a good year of hard work to lose the 35lbs to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and I'm now a stone (14lbs) lighter than that. I go to the gym every lunchtime on work days and run at weekends. It is possible to fit it all in, promise!

Im 38, working mom of 3, but my youngest is 14 now.. none-the less. I work, cook, clean, and gym. I can help. I travel alot and carpool and make breakfast lunch for the next day (for myself and husband) while im making dinner. yeah I still relate to the busy mom with limited time.0

I'm a 30yr old working single mum with a 10 yr old boy. I'm trying to get fit for a few Triathlons this year And also lose the extra pounds.
I'm doing really well with the exercise and healthy eating but I'm not doing too well at giving up my beloved glass (or 2!) of red wine in the evening to chill out after a hard day
Perhaps having some friends on here to motivate me and tell me off when I've given in would help my will power

33, mum of 3 (15, 13 and 7!) in the UK. Wanting to get back in shape for my 34th in Sept. Feeling my age and quite sad about it, have been for years but this is the first time Ive stuck to getting my mojo back and its working!
Im nearly a stone down and that leaves 19lbs to go, though another 14 would be fine.
I work full time and I am doing a degree too.
