To be honest you just need this website. as long as you set realistiv goals for wieght loss and stick with it and exercise then you dont need to have another wieght loss/diet programme. Im still eating the same stuff as before, not in the same quantity. thats the only eating habit i have changed and its worked for me.

just trust MFP, and best of all its free!!!

I use a magazine called Fitness RX for Women - it has some brilliant exercise plans then you can control food/calories on here

I'm doing the same thing...right now until I stall I'm even having chocolate in small quantities. Google ab exercises...lots of free video instruction you tube. It doesnt have to cost a fortune to be healthy.

I use the interval routines on this website: www.bodyrock.tv

They're really tough but they're short and always work the abs (and most other muscles). they're not videos you can follow, just workout routines. and you'll need your own timer. if you google "speedbag forum timer" there is a perfect online timer, which is what i use.

Also if you go to bodybuilding.com and go to women section, they have lot of articles on fat loss and tips. I have been working out for years now dare I say 18+ years. But my body never changed because of the just workouts. Whenever I made changes to my diet, I changed but when I went back to my roots (white rice and typical Indian vegetarian diet with little protein), my progress either stalled or reversed.
This time around, I have said no rice altogether and have been eating either Idli or Dosa mostly for dinner but not exceeding 400 calories and eating 6 to 8 servigs of veggies and fruits thru out the day and added protein smoothies (for breakfast) or store bought protein drinks. If I do not feel like eating home made, I buy Amy's organic dishes from the grocery store.

I can see the difference now. I started at 155 and now I am at 143. After the kettlebell workouts, I also see a bit of muscle in my arms. I hope abs are going to follow suit.

After all this, I have figured out that eating healthy is not an expensive thing since you are not eating too much anyway. In stad of eating in office cafetaria, I started packing my lunches and snacks so I do not see much difference money wise.

As per the exercise, I realized that I was spending about 7 hours a week in the gym with no results becasue of my diet. Now I spend about 5 hours and since my diet is failrly clean, I can see the difference. So do not worry too much about workouts right now. Change your diet at first and get used to the routince. While you are doing that, try to walk or do elliptical for 30 to 40 minutes and since you have joined KB challange, you are spending at least 30 minutes 3 times a week and that should be good enough....

If you still want a routine or two, I can give you some as I have tons of them I have collected from websites and magazines over the years.

    Padma.
