Tracy Anderson !?

So I have been doing my Tracy Anderson metamorphosis and today decided to do the mat DVD too. I have a few questions though ; firstly when I am doing the DVDs I am aching and sweating but I don't get the usually next day aches. Could anyone shed some light on this ? It's not like I am great at the exercises I mean I can't get through all of the movements without having a shake it out moment.

Next I was wondering if you guys think it would be a good idea to do both DVDs apposed to just one or the other ??

    I used to the mat dvd, the same thing happen to me. During the workout, I am shaking and couldn't go through whole exercise without stopping, but after 1 month, i definitely could see the result especially on my arms.

    I stopped doing it just because i got lazy. I am trying to get back on it tho!
