exercises not on list

I do 2 exercise classes the aren't on the list, not sure what to use instead! one is metafit and the other us kettlercise! any ideas?

On the Metafit, I'd use Calisthenics, On the Kettlercise (if it uses kettle bell weights), I'd use the general weight lifting entry... Strength Training (General, Weights).0

i'm not sure what those classes consist of but you could google an estimate of calories burned and then add it to the database. i pole dance and pole dancing wasn't an exercise here until i added it to the list
there are a lot of good sites that have this kind of info! google calories burned during ______ and you should find some helpful links0 -
Another option is wearing a HRM, then calculating your own burn. Then enter into the database.0
