Need help with motivation

I've lost 10 pouds so far, but have encountered motivation melt down. I'm back to old habits (chips, ice cream....) how do I get back to the mental state that I had when I started?

Sounds corny, but you can try the script I used a couple of months ago when I was feeling that way. Standing naked in front of the mirror, I said in my sternest disappointed mother/ teacher voice:
"ALL RIGHT YOU. YOU'RE A FAT COW, AND EATING CRAP IS WHAT GOT YOU THIS WAY. YOUR'E AN ADULT SO JUST GET OVER IT. SNAP!"0 -
I know what you mean I lost 20 pounds and gained 10 back from serios lack of motivation...I'm stuck too0

Well your old mentality just means you know how to lose weight but not in a way you can live with. I can't live without ice cream and chips so I have them in moderation. it makes it easier knowing that if its within my calories for the day I can have some, just not the whole thing.0
