Hey everyone....I've been gone for about a year. Didn't have it in the budget to continue my YMCA membership and I just got lazy. No excuses. Well, I'm back on it. Rejoined the YMCA and am eating healthier than I ever have. I'm feeling good and am starting to see some results but could really use some support and encouragement. Understandably, I "lost" most of my friends during my ridiculously long absence. But now that I'm back, I'd love to make some new friends.
FWIW, I'm a high protein, low sodium, limited processed foods, spin junkie that loves juicing.

Ironic that I was on the same boat. I took a break as I focused on getting my work out routine in order, but when I came back all my friends I had built up vanished! Here's to starting fresh!0
