help me pick a new program

i have done 30ds, rin30 6 week 6 pack and slim in 6. I am looking for a new program to kick start my stall i have had for 3 months now. I have only 5 lbs to go to hit goal and 2-3 % bf left to lose. I am looking for a 30-45 min max program if very possible to make sure i can get it done.... these are what i have been thinking of, what is your choice and why?

Jm's body revolution
les mills combat
chalean extreme or
when it comes out shaun T's focus 25.

    I can't speak to any of the programs listed other than the JMBR which I have. I started that one and got to week 4 but tried kettlebells and got hooked! You may not have considered kettlebells but they are awesome-just make sure you get a dvd with a good instructor like Sara Lurie or Lauren Brooks. I am doing the Sara Lurie boot camp and I'm done in less than 30 minutes and the workout is incredible. I'm using a 15lb kettlebell (up from 10lbs) and hope to increase again. Just throwing another option at you that I can speak to but there are plenty of threads out there talking about some of the other programs you listed. Good luck! p.s. I do plan on finishing the JM but throwing in the 30DS right now between kettlebells for now.

    no i never did think of kettle balls, thanks for the suggestion. i will look into those programs you mentioned. do you find body revolution is hard on the knees? i find many of her exercises can be... i know there has been many threads on all the programs i listed, i have read so many till i was red in the face and so much more confused... they all seem to be great and will get you results, but when you are so close to goal, i didn't know if one like combat with more cardio was what i needed to blast off those last few lbs and inches or if chalean with more weights was the way to go or jm as she does both in body revolution ? so that is why i am confused. and needed suggestions
