I saw a fellow MFPer doing this and now I want input too! This past week has been my best and most consistent eating in a long, long time. I feel good, I'm back to running, started lifting and my sugar cravings are down considerably. I stopped eating french fries, chips, cake, Panda Express, and a lot of other crap. I already gave up caffeine, soda, and coffee for Lent.
I think it would still be fun to get some input on my diary though! And yes, I love love love Ovaltine and Trumoo after a workout so be prepared to see a lot of that

Not too bad, juts a couple of suggestions:
- try to get closer to your calorie goal
- up your fats (they are important for healthy body functions and hormones)
- maybe try to get a few more veggies in
- protein looks a little light (not terribly so).
- Occasionally fiber is low (the veggies will help with this)0 -
I'm just here as a supporter of Ovaltine addicst0

What's a good recommendation for increasing fats?
I love veggies and stock up on green beans and baby carrots-could easily up my can of green beans to two a day-I love it0 -

Almonds, avocado, peanut butter, fall fat dairy, olive oil, eggs with the yolks0 -
Looks good. But if you are lifting, you might want to up your protein intake.0

You know... I've never actually had Ovaltine.0 -
Wait... are you vegetarian? It might be difficult to raise your protein intake if you are avoiding meat.
Also, I'm kind of sensitive to water retention so I track sodium and potassium. You might consider it.0 -
