Back/side toning exercises

So I've got a formal event with my college in a month's time and for it I'm planning on wearing a backless dress, as follows:

obviously it shows a lot of skin so I'd really love my back to look as toned and gorgeous as possible, does anyone have any daily strength exercises that they would recommend that would help me achieve that?

  • I would google hasfit.com they have tons of free exercises.
pull ups, push ups, flys, bent over rows. Best of luck!

-Squats for a better bum. You can do it at home or the gym with weight. Obv with weight will give you better/faster results.
    -Y presses
    -pushups for sure
-chin ups (you can do this at the park)
    -dumbell rows
  • I second that on hasfit i love coach kozak :)

Pullups are the ultimate! Any type of rowing, lat pulls ,but you have to up your cardio for the well defined look, even core workouts

haha pull ups will definitely be included into my workout now then. wow! fair play, you body looks so strong. I'll always keep up the cardio though of course, cause I wanna carry on losing general fat whilst building the muscle so yeah. thank you!
