      Still very much in progress, but today I actually saw in the mirror a difference so did a side-by-side. I have to say, seeing a difference now is definitely a HUGE HUGE boost!

      Your before photo is pretty much what I used to look like last year after having my 2nd child. If you keep at it, you will be so pleased at how your body changes

      Hey guys,
      Here are my before and during!! the scale didn't register that much difference, but I lost about 1.5 sizes :happy:
      Still a long way to go, but it sure does feel good to take stock!!

      Here are some of me.. 245-160ish, I am 5'6". I started at 18 pants and now wear mainly an 8, 2/3x tops and now a small/medium

      I find it so hard for "us" to see the changes especially when you don't have a ton to lose. For me i have lost 24 lbs and i still somedays don't see it, i just see the flaws.. my goal was 27 lbs for my final stop but can't seem to reach it and it's been 1.,5 years on this new lifestyle. here are some of my pics... i am 5.2 ft

      on fat2fit it says i am between 23.1 and 23.8 % BF and my goal was 20-21% and that last bit is in my lower belly... agh.
