I have good bra's (not top of the line, or made to fit, but good) and I still have issues, but I also do have loose skin, as i lost quite a bit of weight. Maintaining my core work, including planks and push-ups has been the only thing that kept it in check..... but I adjust anytime I feel the APB's trying to escape..

My DH calls it the "sweep, sweep, push" move LMAO

how do you do a plank on the ball and what is a reverse plank

Sorry for the delay April. The plank on the ball:

Kneel in front of the big ball, place your elbows on the ball like you would place them on the ground. Straighten your legs back, resting on your toes. In essence, you will be in the same position as the floor plank, but at an angle. Using the ball makes you engage more core muscles in order to stay stable! Good luck!
