    Wow - congratulations on your 120 day success. When you started the 90 day exercise program were you able to follow the program or did you have to modify it? I am totally out of shape and have recently started walking but I know that I will need to do more than just walk but not sure if I am ready to start an actual work-out.

    Thanks!! Absolutely, I had to modify. I still don't do push ups on my toes and I still struggle with pull ups, but that doesn't mean I can't do something!! I bet you will be well on your way soon!! Add me and we can keep each other motivated. You have to start somewhere and just starting is half the battle. I'm so proud of you!!
