Banana Pancakes.... YUM!

So I found this pancake recipe on Pinterest months ago, and now I eat them every couple of days(either for breakfast or lunch). They taste like banana bread and cook up like pancakes. Oh and they are really really easy to make with only 3 ingredients =)

1 medium banana
3 egg whites
1/4 cup all purpose flour


Mash up banana in a bowl.

Mix in 3 egg whites and whisk together.

Add 1/4 cup flour. Mix well to try and get lumps out. Should end up a thickish consistency to pancake batter (this depends on the egg whites honestly, if you use extra large eggs, it will be a little less thick)

Finally, cook like pancakes. Makes 4-5 small pancakes.

Calories: 253 calories for the whole thing!

    I love these and make them most days but a few weeks ago I hadn't got any more bananas so I used grated carrot and a sprinkle of cinanmon and then I tried frozen peas and a little ginger, they both tasted good too
