Congratulations and good for you.:flowerforyou: I've been on my journey a lot longer than you and have lost 33 lbs also although my profile shows less lost. I'm having a hard time getting off the belly fat but I'm told that just takes a lot of time and dedication in exercising, which I'm not. But I to am 5"3" started out at 188 and now down to 157 as of today. Was at 155 a week or so ago which is my goal weight. I think I may be a lot older than you (71) but I am determined to get to where you look. I have a new goal weight of 150, hope I get there - need a little cushion. Hey,
I'd say about 3/4 times a week , this is what a typical week might look like:
Monday: Off
Tuesday : Body Combat Class
Wednesday: Body Pump
Thursday Swim
Friday : Off
Saturday: Circuits
Sunday: Off
I've picked up running recently as well but I've found that doing different things in classes has really worked for me but everyone is different x0 -
