    Wowza!!! You two are doing great!!! I wish I could get my honey into it. We both need to lose about 50lbs and he is much harder to convince, making my will power a little less than adequate.

    Thanks as I said before, its different for us to be on the otherside, being able to inspire people. I wish I could bottle up how good I feel and let everyone experience how good you can feel when you start getting into shape

    I just look at the top pic, I wasnt happy, I was bloated tired, I ate and ate for reasons I still dont know why, but now I have energy, I feel alive, and I feel like I have control of myself for once.
    On saturday night I ran 3 miles on the treadmill without stopping in 36 min.. I am likin the new me. I cant wait till I get to my final goal!
