First of all, all diet food stuffs are poison. Never eat them. Secondly, what is "jack"? Thirdly, beer is made out of wheat which increases weight in all its forms - beer belly also caused by "wheat belly". Now I drink wine.
First of all that wine you are drinking wine is a real poison, all alcohol is, hence the priority to metabolise it away by the liver.
Secondly, Jack Daniels. Wonderful stuff I try to avoid for reasons many, varied and with consequences colourful.
Thirdly, everything increases weight. Don't buy into the Wheat Belly thing, seriously.

Cranberry Juice Pear Vodka and Sprite
Margarita
Strawberry Daquiri
Smirnoff Whipped Vodka Orange Juice and Cool Whip
and last but not least
