My goal is around 145. Not TOO much more to go(though I'm already sort of prepping for a plateau around 153-155. Hey, if it doesn't hit, awesome, but I figure prepping in advance can't hurt.)
Back in 2012, I dropped 12-ish pounds or so over the summer, and managed to keep it off(even over the holidays surprisingly!) At New Years I decided to try to get back close to my old weight. So, dropped out most processed foods(keeping a treat now and then and also my Multigrain or Honey Nut Cheerios I like for breakfast), dropped to fat-free milk, mixed in lots of fruits and veggies, fresh fruit and veggie juices in my blender, lean meats and brown carbs. Try to exercise at least 5 times a week(had a downtime due to illness last month), and went lower-calorie. Been working well so far!0
