snack help

I need some help with finding some low fat/ low calorie snacks for when Im on the go... Im constantly on the go... Either chasing after my 2 year old son or going to work... or running errands... I dont get to eat many meals at home because I work full time but I dont want to just grab a bag of high fat/ high cal chips and little debbie cakes... Thanks

    String cheese, nuts, seeds, nut butter sandwiches, trail mix, fruit, hard boiled eggs, granola bars(try to find natural ones not high in extra sugars), whole grain low sugar cereals, carrots.

    Throw a Protein Bar in your purse, maybe only eat half for a low cal snack.

    Fruit is always good. Well, try not to get really juicy stuff like kiwis. I had those all last week at work and they got everywhere. :P
