sometimes I use caribbean jerk seasoning in the ground turkey, then top the burger with a pineapple slice.

This has been my go to lately. I like to grill the pineapple and do some red onions as well :)

I just mix a pound of ground turkey with a packet of ranch seasoning.. Maybe add a little fresh parsley.

I am going to try this! So simple!

I make my own. My husband loves them! I usually make home made fries as my side.
    This recipe make 4 burgers

    1lb ground turkey
    1 tsp onion flakes
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp sea salt

I blend the spices through the meat in a bowl using a fork. Then I get out my little food scale and form 1/4 lbs balls. I grill them on the stove top in a skillet.

My baked seasoned fries recipe: serves 4

    5-6 potatoes
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

    Preheat oven to 425
Slice the potatoes into fries, place in a bowl.
Add in oil and spices stir until evenly coated.
Place on baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.

    Yum!

These are completely delicious - makes 5 burgers, 180 calories each + sweet chilli dipping sauce

Korean style turkey burgers with ginger and sesame seeds

    Mix together:

    1 lb (450 g) minced turkey
    1 spring onion, finely sliced
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
1 inch (2.5 cm) cube french ginger, finely grated
    1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    black pepper
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

Makes 5 burgers, each 3.5 inches (9 cm) across. Fry in lightly oiled frying pan for about 5 minutes, turning a couple of times.
Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce and rice or in a burger bun.

My kitchen is not completely functioning so I use my mom's on the weekend and cook all my food for work for the next two weeks. So these are made with the intention of being frozen and then microwaved.

    1lb ground turkey [99%] lean
    1 whole egg
1/4 c italian style bread crumbs
    ~3 tsp of honey mustard

Makes 6 burgers, and are around 144 calories* 3 carbs, 3 fat, 26 protein, and 130 sodium.

*I usually fry these in the pan I cooked my bacon in, or put them on the Forman after I've cooked bacon on it, so there is about 1tsp of bacon grease included in the calorie count.
