I don't see why that wouldn't count.
The object in my mind is motivation and action and you are willing to do both.
Thanks! I had started back to activity last month and the extra activity reaggravated things and caused me to be in pain (standing, walking, getting up from sitting, etc). For a former runner (in January of 2012 I injured my MCL and once that healed my foot injury occurred...so I have barely run since then), being sedentary sucks.
This will hopefully encourage me to get moving (in a smart way).0 -

im in!! back on MFP after a meltdown over christmas, already done 4 miles today, feeling great, this'll be a good challenge :-)
also could do with some friends for extra support
i am in the uk, size 16 5f 5 girl, love cooking, hate exercising, so need some motivation and inspiration
also new to these tickers, so bear with whilst I test this.........

Started today and off to a reasonably good start

Anyone keeping track of how their inches and pounds will drop off this month? I am out of sheer curiosity, so here's my starting:
193.4 lbs
15 inch neck
41 inch waist
41 inch hips
(yikes!)
Looking forward to how I'll change!
As a side note to our host, I'm going to be aiming to make the 50 by the 22 because I'm visiting my parents at the end of the month and they live in rural, rural northern BC where internet is still dial up, so I won't be online much from the 22 to the 1st of May. So I'm aiming to be done 50 before I go I'll still be walking and exercising, but I won't be able to post any new changes until I get back.0 -
