Does he look thinner to you?

So I have been a bad cat mom and have spoiled this little rascal until he got way too big.
I mean, he couldn’t even fit through the litter box opening for a while there. So we went on a serious diet and have been really regulating when I feed him. I have to feed him separately from the other cats or he will steal all of their food. He is really not happy with me at all right now, he is very “hangry”. But I think there is progress and he is fitting into his litter box opening now. What do you think, can you tell a difference? He seems to be strutting more, so perhaps he notices?
Edited to fix pic size! Hopefully this works!

Is this a prank, they don't look the same to me?

I don't know what you mean? I was asking about his size.0

He does look thinner and we can't really discriminate against cats who want to loose weight.
What did you feed him to make him change colour?0 -
Would help if we could see his diary! ....0

I can definitely tell a difference in the size. I don't know why people always chime in on stuff that the OP doesn't ask about. Obviously whatever your doing, is working!0
-
Thanks! I'm relieved that he does seem to be getting thinner. I don't know why people can't be supportive of our journeys, it's my cats journey too, no just my journey!0

Tail looks a little thicker to me. I can see the weight loss in the face though.0

In the second pic, he had just been frightened by a noise so his tail had fluffed out. Plz don't judge him by the heftiness of his tail0 -
I'm very impressed by your dedication to your pet, I wish everyone would take care of their pets like you do!0

Does your kitty lift weights?0

No, only cardio (laser training) and diet cat food. Why, is he looking bulky?0
-
you can tell he's feeling better about himself, he went and got a dye job!
He certainly looks hangry though!0 -

Maybe you should stop him running, his butt and thighs are starting to look bulky.0 -
Oh, his legs definitely look longer and leaner!0

Way more definition in his shoulders in that second pic. Nice going! :flowerforyou:0

Me-WOW! You've done a great job. Well done! :flowerforyou:0

He wouldn't want to look all 'manly'. Gross.0 -
Looks thinner to me. I can see more definition in his waist.0

My cat's been getting a little heavier lately, but I just don't know how to tell her she needs to lose some weight. How did you tell your feline friend that he needed to change his eating habits?0

I told him, but he didn't understand because he doesn't understand english very well (the others I have understand me better). I have just had to feed him seperately and keep him away from midnight snacking. I kind of had to take it into my own hands, you know?0 -
If the cat has a thigh gap, it's all good!0

Several of mine have thigh gaps - I'm working on the others.0
