My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of April!
no refined sugar (or added sugar)
8 glasses of water a day
some form of exercise every day - Curves, jogging, Zumba, shoot baskets, etc.
walk every day
try my yoga DVD
hand weights exercises every day0 -
1. Lose 12 pounds.
2. Finish the C25K program.
3. Lose at least an inch off of my waist.
4. Be able to do 16 push ups at one time.
5. No cheat days this month!0 -
1. Clean eating!
2. Increase my cardio - have slacked off....
3. Not fall off the wagon while in Vegas!
4. Pick up my running for the 8km I am doing in May0 -

I'm brand new to the program and just love it!
My Goals for April are:
*To Login -Everything
*To follow the program and stay within my 1200 calories not over or under
*To exercise Every day-even if it's just 10-20 minutes
*To attend Hot Yoga at least 3X per week ALL MONTH
*To find the $$ to join Hot Yoga again next month
*To Lose 10-15Lbs on or before April 30, 2013
*To Lose 10-15 inches on or Before April 30,2013
*To Sleep 6-8 hours every nite0 -
1. UP MY WATER INTAKE!!!!
2. Increase weight
3. Increase stamina during cardio
4. Lose 5lb
5. One Cheat Meal every TWO weeks, no Alcohol

1. Lose 3 kg (which will put me under 80 kg! (176lbs))
2. Drink 2 liters each day

All your goals sound so hard everyone! I just wanna make it through the month! Are my goals too low ? LOL
I think that sticking to your plan and losing 5 lbs is a perfectly good goal. Your goals should be about what you want and what you think is reasonable and sustainable for you. Don't compare yourself to others!0 -
my goal is to get the cottage cheese off of my thighs. I have already settled to wearing one piece bathing suits this summer...but you cannot hide the legs...so that is my goal. Any help on the specific exercises to get the front and sides of my thights cheese free?0

My April Goals are
1) To lose another 10 pounds
2) Complete my 2 mile walk at home program
3) Raise $150 for my upcoming Autism Walk
My March Goals were
1) lose 10 pounds (Completed)
2) log in every day ( Completed)
3) Complete my 1 mile walk at home program ( completed)
4) Get registered for the NEPA Autism Walks 2013 walk (completed)0 -
Dead Lift over 500 lbs.. current 1 Rep Max 485 lbs
Squat 440 lbs .. current 1 Rep Max 425 lbs
Bench Press 275 lbs ... current one rep max 250 lbs
Run at least 5 Miles a week.
Eat at least 4000 Healthy(ish) Calories a Day
And be awesome (already did that 372 last months, but because it comes natural to me, Ill just keep that streak going)0 -

1. Stay on track with the next 4 weeks of the Fight for Air Climb training program. That will put me at climbing 60 flights of stairs and jogging 16 minutes with 4 1-minute walking intervals.
2. Find my tape measure and take some measurements. Not of me. Just random things.
3. Lose at least 5 pounds, but preferably more like 8 if I want a chance at winning the Fitness Challenge.

1) Stick with Kettleworx program (3 times a week)
2) Spinning class (twice a week)

2. Do not go over my calories
3. Start the C25k
4. Lose atleast 5lbs
5. Finish 30 day squat challenge

My goals:
Lift 3x a week
Drink water daily
Avoid sweets generally
Get back into the habit of swimming
Going to the gym in the morning
Log in everything instead of shirking away from it0 -
1. Make sure to drink at least 80 oz of water each day.
2. Eat at least 5 servings of whole/fresh fruits and veggies each day.
3. Get to the gym *at least* 3 days/week for strength training (since my increased activity only aggravated my foot injury last month, I've been slacking on any physical activity for the last 2 weeks for fear of increasing my pain again)
4. Make sure to do my PT stretches at least twice a day
5. Track my food/be honest with myself.
6. Laugh more.
6. Hug my kids more.
7. Test out my foot by taking the dogs for walks by myself at least twice a week...if that works, maybe start C25K by the end of the month??0 -

1. Try to log in at least 5 times a week - I went missing for a while
2. To drop 5-8 pounds by end of April
3. To work out a minimum of 5 times a week0
