    Hello fellow MFPs, my name is Shreya. This will be my first challenge and I am all excited to start moving my *kitten*. My goal is 80 miles for April. I'll be doing mostly walking but will try to add some running too. Good luck everyone!!

    figured it out..just go to tickerfactory.com make u a ticker. and at the end there is a url to copy under the BB just copy and paste into your reply
