    Wow! you look fantastic. That's a amazing amount of weight you have lost! Even with metformin, it is not easy to lose weight. I know since I have been on those pills for some years now. I can imagine the determination and dedication that has gone into the process of losing over 50 kgs.

    There was indeed a healthier person lurking inside. You'll be a much better mother and wife for having gone to this effort, for now you can not only be more able to keep up with your responsibilities, but you'll be a fantastic example to your children, and you'll have an insider's knowledge of how to serve healthy meals to those you love.
