it's Synthol. A sterile oil that sits in the muscle for months to a few years. It doesnt affect the actual muscle tissue...provides no strength, no muscle mass, etc. It's just an oil depot. Cheap and easy to inject. looks terrible unless you use small amounts strategically (if you are a top competitor). It's not an implant.
