Does anyone elses nose run when your running. The more I sweat the worse it gets. Why? And what do you do besides sticking tissues in ur waistband?

This happens to me while I walk on my treadmill. I just keep a box of tissues on my desk (I made a treadmill desk). If you are out, I don't know what to do --fanny pack with tissues?

This happens to me all the time. I have low-level allergies which doesn't help when I run. I take Claritin almost daily and use a Neti pot sometimes. I saw an allergist because I was have a rough time with my allergies He prescribed me a nasal spray which has helped me tremendously.

This is something that is pretty common in runners. The allergy medications have helped reduce my sinus pressure as well as make my nose not run during my runs.

    Hope this helps.

Mine does when it gets cold. If you are running outside, just blow it out onto the ground, one nostril at a time. Gross, but effective. Just check for anyone around first!

Snot rockets, running gloves with terry cloth tops, or just use your shirt because it's getting washed anyway.

I usually just wipe it on my shirt. My nose runs all the time when I run - especially in the spring.

My nose runs to but only when I run or walk outside and it's worse if it's colder.

    God bless,
