Ladies - do you log your period weight gain?

I am in pms right now. 2# more on the scale, but at least I know why it's there. I weigh every day, regardless. I log foods daily. The only thing I do different is take 1 day off from exercise, and that is just every Saturday. TOM or not.0

My Weigh in days are Sundays, and i log whatever the weight is. stinks when its a gain, but gotta stay honest to myself, and it makes me work even harder the next week!0

I log every Friday morning; gain, loss or no change. To be honest, I'm not even sure when my TOM is most of the time as I don't cramp anymore, hardly get cravings, don't get irritable and barely bleed ever since went on birth control again after my son was born two years ago. It's really quite nice. Haha0

Never ever ever... I gain about 5-7 pounds from water weight. (Side effect of some meds plus the usual) . I don't weigh myself till 3-4 days after my period starts then the day after it stops. But that's just me.0

I only log net losses. I am with the ladies who, if I gain a lb or two, I just wait until I've lost to update my weight on MFP.0

I don't even weigh on period weeks. Since periods can be different month to month, I don't see the need.0

I weighed today and hadn't lost but at least I wasn't up - hopefully after TOM it will be down!0

I weigh once a week and log it, regardless of TOM or not. If it really is TOM gain, then I see it when I weigh the next week.0

I log every friday no matter what.0

Nope. I still weigh every morning because it has become a habit, and I am interested in seeing how my weight fluctuates because it lets me know that I am retaining water and I should probably drink a little more water that day. I don't log it though. I only log when I see a new low number.0

I weigh myself every Monday, so I would still weigh myself during my period but not record it. Then the next Monday I will record that weight.0
-
Yep. I log all the time though, even though I only count my weight on Mondays. I like to see the fluctuations that way I don't freak out if one Monday I am up a bit because I know that it may just be due to sodium or extra exercise.0
-
Yup...I log. I gained 5 lbs but lost four inches in my hips.0

I recommend never weighing yourself on your period, it either leads to false hope or unnecessary guilt.0
-
I only record when I lose otherwise it'll be up and down all over the place.0
-
I don't log mine, it's too depressing! I've gained 2lbs this morning0
-
I was also doing so well in my weight loss, down 4 pounds, and now I am back up 2.6 lbs during my TOM. Very discouraged, especially because I am going to Miami this weekend0

How are you supposed to learn about your body if you don't record your weight, even if it's on your period?
Seriously?0 -
i have a bad habit of weighing myself *at least* once a day. i like weighing in the morning before i eat anything and then in the evening after i've stopped eating for the day. i also weigh myself quite often during that time of the month just to see how my body fluctuates. using the MFP check-in, i will log any weight gain or weight loss, no matter what. it keeps me accountable.0
