    pimple
    roach
    creamy
    rusty
    crusty
    mole
    c*nt
    starvation
deficit (as in, "You need a calorie deficit to lose weight." - I hate when people say this over and over because it's such common sense.)

...okay, maybe it's the actual things I hate more than the word.

    -nomenclature
    -diet
    -swag
  • Om nom nom. That winds me up no end.

"Egg whites" - Just eat the whole egg damnit!

"Eat back your calories" - it just sounds clunky to me, but I can't think of another phrase which describes it better.

I hate the word journey, but clean eating makes me want to hurt someone!
  • I honestly don't care about spelling, grammar or abbreviated words used on the internet or text, as long as its all in fun and not important. It really cracks me up how much people complain about it.

Now, I cringe when I hear............

"Take the stairs instead of the elevator" and "park far away from the door"......really, if I hear this advice ONE more time, I'm going to scream.

Now for a few words I don't like....

    *kitten*
    zinc instead of sink
    c*nt
dink when referring to a penis
    bra

Okay, back to my "lifestyle change", yes, that is annoying me lately as well.

I feel the need to add:

"It is what it is." Yeah, what else would it be?
    Pocketbook
    Panties
    Brooch
    Slacks

And I have to agree with whomever mentioned "Dr. Oz". When is he going off the air?

I cant stand "bucket list"----it drives me nuts!! I agree with you on lifestyle change, but I love the term dink!!!

Ps. Please excuse the punctuation. Cant stand typing on a tablet!
  • Folks who said adorbs, nosh, om nom nom, and clean were right on.

I'm also baffled by people with excess weight claiming "I can't eat 1200"
    (How did we get here?)

I also love when "just sayin'" is used as an unconditional pardon for whatever horrid thing has just come out of your mouth.
Who needs a filter when you have "just sayin' ".

Last but not least, I love it when people constantly replace sugar with other forms of... sugar

Most over-used expression of agreement with the post immediately preceding: "^^^ This!"
"Put on my big girl panties"
"Yea" or "yeah" instead of "yay."
    "Cudos" for "kudos."
    "detoxinate"

    People not using spell check!

Ok, just saw a good one pop up a second ago... Detoxinate

Here's another one: "Myth". When someone holds an opinion contrary to yours, simply declare it a "myth".

lol in all caps, I feel like you are welling at me LOL! the point of talking like that is to limit your key strokes not add in extras for doing it in caps. a simple lol is fine, especially when whatever the person is using it for isn't even funny LOL, I also hate loool or lololol, it just makes me think you are either saying "laughing out out out loud" or "laughing out loud out loud out loud. one lol is far more than enough considering all you did was grin or that weird exhale through your nose.

    Not weight loss related.
The word 'if' in an apology. e.g. If I offended you, I'm sorry.
For me it negates the apology.

    ARE YOU PREGNANT ?

I have been asked that directly and indirectly so much lately because I am constantly gaining weight and my stomach rolls are expanding. I usually just laugh and say it is cake and cookies in there, but it makes me feel awful.

I hate the word dumba**. I hate it with a passion. A burning passion that makes me angry and makes me want to scream "Shut up!!!!"
Diet. Because diet implies that you're gonna be eating alot of crappy food and suffering. When diet should really mean "eat the foods you should be eating for the rest of your life. Eating right for you and your body"

But "diet"? I tell someone I'm on a diet and they'll give me dirty looks and ask why I would do something like that lol

"For this next set of ab work, we are going to lay on our backs and raise our legs straight up into the air and then crunch."

    -Jillian

Is she for real? If I could lay on my back and get my legs straight up into the air, I sure wouldn't be needing Jillian's help. LOL
