I've gained about 7 pounds since my yearly check up last May, and I'm hoping to lose that weight safely and slowly in time for my one coming up at the end of May (again lol).

I've kind of been slacking and that's why I've gained several pounds, so I really think it's time to crack down and say no to that extra unnecessary junk food!!

Who's with me?! (I'm gonna need all the support I can get...feel free to friend me no matter what your weight loss goal is, I'd love to give and receive support!)
