I have been on this site for some time now but I need help with friends that will encourage me. Some friends that do the Paleo life style would be great as well.

    I actually didn't even know what Paleo was until I just looked it up...sounds interesting. You can add me though if you'd like. :) Good Luck in your journey!

    I like the idea of Paleo but I don't know that I would be able to follow it strictly. Although I would like to begin to lean more towards that kind of lifestyle. Either way, I am also in need of friends to encourage me through my weight-loss journey and would love to give motivation back in return! So feel free to add me! :)
