I'm just having one of those days where I'm sitting here feeling a big ball of fat in my belly... one of those "fat days," you know? What do you do when you're having a bad day? how do you flush yourself out?

Saw this post a while back - it helps.
It's because you are making decisions while considering only what's going to happen in the next 30 seconds. People who make decisions while considering the longer term future will be less impulsive.
I wouldn't recommend doing things like trying to gross yourself out with food, or program yourself to associate horrible things with foods, or feeling guilt or shame about yourself because of what you eat. That just goes from one type of unhealthy relationship with food to yet another type of unhealthy relationship with food and possibly a destructive relationship with your own self. The hell with that. Do you really want to go through life feeling that way about food, or yourself?
Learn to balance what you want right this second with what you want in the longer term, and how to find the place where you can indeed enjoy yourself here and there, as well as benefit in the long term. You won't learn that skill overnight, so don't try to perfectionist/guilt/flog yourself into it. Just keep getting a little better at it than you were before, and understand that sometimes you will take steps backwards but as long as the big picture has you moving forward, you're on track.0 -

What do you mean by flush yourself out? And id do some exercise , it will also release endorphins We all have fat days but what matters is the progress youre making and that youre trying to make yourself better.

"flush myself out"? I hope you mean that in a metaphorical way!
I often have "fat days" even though I've met my goal and overall I'm pretty happy with how I look. I've just come to accept that those days will still happen from time to time and just to ignore my inner commentary on those days!
You just have to carry on with what you know works - eating right, exercising. Don't do anything extreme based on feelings of discouragement of desperation. If you feel you haven't been doing what you need to do, just take steps to get back on track. If you haven't been logging - start logging again. If exercise has gone out the window, make a commitment to yourself to start doing that. One day at a time. It will happen, it just takes time.0 -
Drink a glass of water and go for a jog or a brisk walk (or any other form of exercise). You'll feel more fit and confident when you're done.0

O I know how that feels. lately though instead of wallowing in misery, I have picked myself up got a glass of ice cold water and went for a walk (preferably outdoors, nice fresh air), then usually another glass of water. That usually clears my head and puts me back on the path. Your gonna have good days and bad days, just gotta make the best of those bad days and continue on0
