    romaine and green/red pepper salad. shrimp maki, salmon nigiri and sashimi. with sriracha and soy sauce. and a big bite of a hollow chocolate bunny for dessert.

    Homemade spaghetti!! Well, the noodles are not homemade, but they're organic wheat, so it's something. Then we take Newman's Own pasta and add our own fresh button mushrooms and organic hamburger. Top it with imported Italian Parmesan cheese.

    Mango smoothie, sipping it now. 3/4 c fresh mango, a little plain yogurt (about 75gm), 2/3 cup skim milk, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Great for hot weather.

    1 cup homemade no-salt chili (that I HAD to add salt to in the bowl, because it was flavorless)
    3 unsalted tops saltines
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 oz. Food Should Taste Good brown rice crackers
    3 cups water

    484 calories total, 38 g protein and 8 g fiber

    Nothing to really brag about. 1 can of smoked oysters, 6 cheese crackers with peanut butter, 44 oz of water. Tonight will be much healthier. Planning for fresh Asparagus, Broccolli, and 2 cups of skim milk. This should round off my 1200 calorie goal just right.

    1 slice of gluten free oatmeal bread (toasted) w/ a TBSP of homemade cherry preserves (no sugar or fake sugars added)

    Leftover Italian Ham (3oz), Basmati rice cooked in chicken stock (.5 cup), broccoli rabe sautteed in olive oil and garlic and two pieces of swiss orange chocolate.... 560 calories later... YUM!

    I'm going to have baby spinach, carrots, sun dried tomatoes, avocado, red onion, currants, flax seeds, and organic ranch dressing on my salad today..I'm pretty excited :)
